Returns & Exchanges

It is really important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order.

We ask that you make your selection carefully but if your order is not suitable, we are happy to offer you a credit, an exchange or a refund provided that the following conditions are met;

• Goods are returned with the original receipt within 14 days
• Packaging must be in the original condition
• Goods must not be used, washed or soiled and must still have the tags attached

If you have to return an item, please include a note with your contact details.

We endeavour to sell quality brands and ensure that everything we send is in perfect condition.  If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can work together to assess whether to replace, repair or refund the product as quickly as possible.

Please note that Miracle will only refund postage on faulty goods. Please see our Freight Terms for details.
