Freight Terms

Orders over $100 are FREIGHT FREE within New Zealand.

There is a $5 freight charge for all orders within New Zealand under $100.

PLEASE NOTE that FREIGHT CHARGES are additional and WILL NOT APPEAR on your checkout total.

PLEASE NOTE  that additional freight charges will occur for larger items and furniture orders. We will contact you about these charges prior to finalising and receiving payment as it will involve obtaining a quote from our carrier.

Our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure that you give us a physical address and a contact phone number and/or email address for delivery.

ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. We are as efficient as we can be but please be aware that due to circumstances outside of our control, sometimes deliveries can take up to a week to arrive once they have left Miracle. We will always endeavour to keep you informed if we anticipate there will be any delay and all orders are traceable.

PLEASE NOTE that due to the vast selection of options available across our furniture ranges, we do not carry a lot of stock. In some cases, your order will be made especially for you and can take up to 6 weeks. We will always keep you informed about lead times on your order.

Please note that Miracle will only refund postage on faulty goods.
